This Warranty is strictly non-transferable, and to qualify for its benefits, you must furnish a valid invoice for the Product upon request by us or our designated representative(s). Any post-purchase alterations or modifications made to the products are strongly discouraged and will render the entire warranty null and void.

Exclusions from Warranty:
The warranty shall not be applicable under the following circumstances: (a) When the purported defect in the Product falls within acceptable industry tolerances, such as a movement of up to 4% in certain fabrics; (b) If the Product has been utilized for purposes other than its intended use; (c) If the customer has failed to adhere to proper cleaning, usage, and maintenance practices for the Product; (d) If the product has been exposed to abnormal environmental conditions, including but not limited to extreme temperatures, water, fire, humidity, pressure, or stress; (e) If the flaw is attributable to abuse, misuse, neglect, or an accidental occurrence; or (f) If the flaw is a result of chemical damage.

Scope of Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover: (a) Damage or defects arising from normal wear and tear; (b) Damage or defects resulting from post-treatment applications; or (c) Minor variations in color.
